The Document Studio is a feature that lets you generate professional documents based on your conversations and briefings. It can create formatted letters, agreements, checklists, and action plans tailored to your situation. Free accounts include 5 document generations per month; Pro is unlimited.

You can upgrade to Pro from any limit-reached prompt in the app, or from your account settings. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and unlocks unlimited messages, unlimited briefings, and priority response times. You can also upgrade to the Firm tier for team and multi-user features.

Yes. Pro and Firm subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Your conversation history and saved briefings remain accessible on the free plan after cancellation.

Yes. WithDave uses Supabase with row-level security for data storage and Stripe for payment processing. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information or conversation data to third parties. Our infrastructure runs on Vercel with enterprise-grade security.

Yes, conversations are stored so you can return to them later and maintain context across sessions. Your conversations are private and only accessible to your account. You can delete individual conversations or your entire history at any time from the chat interface.

Only you can see your briefings unless you explicitly share them. Shared briefings are accessible via a unique link that expires after 7 days. Shared links do not reveal your identity or account information. Downloaded PDFs are files on your device that you control entirely.
