All content provided by WithDave is generated by artificial intelligence and is for general informational and educational purposes only. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

To access WithDave, you must create an account using email and password or Google OAuth authentication. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

WithDave offers multiple service tiers:

• Free tier: Limited to 20 messages per day and 5 briefings per month.
• Pro and Firm tiers: Expanded usage limits and additional features, available through paid subscription.

We reserve the right to modify tier limits, pricing, or features at any time. Changes to paid subscription terms will be communicated with reasonable notice.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users.

When using WithDave, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable human use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying prompts of the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Represent AI-generated responses as professional advice from a licensed professional
• Use the Service to generate content for the purpose of committing fraud, tax evasion, or other illegal activities

The WithDave platform, including its design, branding, logos, underlying code, prompt engineering, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of WithDave and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the AI-generated responses for your own personal or internal business purposes. However, you may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display the WithDave platform or its design elements
• Claim ownership of the platform, its branding, or its underlying technology
• Use the WithDave name, logo, or branding without written permission
